RepoAssistant is a fixed-price service for solo founders, freelancers, and small teams who need a working deploy more than they need a 12-week engagement. We do four things, charge the same price every time, and refund if we miss the SLA.

Ship-or-refund

Every paid tier carries an SLA. If we miss it, you get a full refund. No clauses, no escalation tickets, no retainers.

Fix & Deploy: 24h. Starter: 24-48h. Full Setup: 2-4 days. Custom: quoted in 24h.

Fixed price, narrow scope

Four tiers. One price each. We say no to anything outside scope before you pay, not after.

No bargaining, no surprise invoices, no scope creep. Refund if we say no.

You own everything

Code, server SSH, database creds, runbook, domain. On completion we can hand over zero-access if you want it. The work belongs to you.

Bring a server, or pick up our $9/mo VPS. Either way, the keys are yours.

Async by default

Email or GitHub Issues on a shared private repo. We answer within hours, not days. No standing meetings.

Custom tier includes one 15-min kickoff call. Beyond that, written.

How a job runs

Pay → repo → live URL.

  1. 01You pay through Stripe and fill the short form.
  2. 02Within 2h we read your repo and reply with three specifics we noticed.
  3. 03We build, deploy, smoke test. SLA clock running the whole time.
  4. 04You get a live URL, admin creds, and a 90-second walkthrough video.
  5. 05If we missed the SLA: full refund, no questions.

What we do not do

No retainers, no fluff.

How small a shop are we talking?

Small enough that you'll always talk to the people doing the work. We don't run an agency layer or a sales team. The shop is built around fixed scope, async delivery, and refund-by-default if anything slips.

How fast do you respond?

Same day on weekdays, usually within a few hours. After purchase, the kickoff email lands within 2 hours.

Do you take calls?

Async-by-default. Email or GitHub Issues on a private repo we share with you. The Custom tier includes one 15-min kickoff call, otherwise written.

What if my project is outside your scope?

We tell you within a few hours and refund any prepayment. Often we'll refer you to someone better suited. We don't take work we can't ship cleanly.
