Government Polytechnic Nilokheri

Government portal moved to infrastructure the institution controls

The problem

A student built a full-stack web portal for the college. It worked on localhost but had no deploy plan, no domain setup, and no infrastructure. The college needed it running on their own servers, with students keeping full control.

How we solved it

We moved it to the college's own VPS with HTTPS on the official domain, Postgres, MinIO object storage, Umami analytics, and an auto-deploy pipeline so the team can ship updates themselves.

Outcome

Institution-owned infrastructure

Live on the college's own infrastructure. Students kept SSH keys, database access, and full ownership. The college runs it forever with no third-party dependency.

AutoWokr

AI agents hiring humans

The problem

AutoWokr is a marketplace where AI agents hire humans for real-world tasks. The platform was burning through cash on bandwidth, policy fees, and scattered services across several providers.

How we solved it

We migrated everything to a single dedicated VPS. MongoDB for data, an Nginx reverse proxy, and push-to-deploy from GitHub. We configured monitoring, automated backups, and optimized the stack to stop the monthly bleed.

Outcome

90%+ cost reduction

Live URL shipped the same week. Infra costs went from hundreds per month to a single VPS bill. The team ships features daily without thinking about infra.

Amin

Deployed on existing infra, zero extra cost

The problem

Amin wanted to deploy open source projects, forex trading tools, and real estate sites. He bought a new VPS thinking he needed separate infrastructure for it all.

How we solved it

We asked him to pause and audited his existing VPS first. It was massively overkill for his workload, barely scratching 20% utilization on CPU, RAM, and storage. We deployed all his projects onto that existing server.

Outcome

Zero additional cost

Everything running on one VPS. No extra monthly cost. His existing resources finally put to full use.

Hamanshu Agarwal

3 AI employees, 1 server with room to grow

The problem

Hamanshu wanted to run multiple OpenRouter agents for automation. Homelab agents are designed for local use, not VPS deployment, so he was running 3 AI employees across 3 separate servers, tripling his cost and complexity.

How we solved it

We custom-modified a wrapper to make homelab agents VPS-native, added an authentication layer so all OpenRouter traffic is secure by default, and consolidated all 3 workloads onto one server. We also set up MCP so his agents can be created dynamically without writing code.

Outcome

3x consolidation

3 AI employees now run on 1 server instead of 3. He is planning to expand, automating tasks across any tenant via MCP, all without writing glue code.
