Fixed-price one-time services + a small recurring hosting option:

• Starter ($39): deploy your existing repo to a production server with HTTPS, domain, env vars, smoke test, and handover notes.
• Fix & Deploy ($49): diagnose blocked builds, env vars, Nginx 502 errors, or database config and ship the app.
• Full Setup ($149): app deployment plus database, Docker or Nginx, backups, logs, and runbook.
• Custom (from $199): self-hosted Supabase, Mongo, MinIO, load balancer, autoscaling, and other open-source tooling. Quoted case-by-case.
• Managed VPS hosting ($9/mo): small managed server. Cancel anytime.

• Payments handled by Stripe.
• One-time tiers: full refund if we haven't started yet. Once we're in your repo, fee is non-refundable. If we look at your project and decide we can't deliver, we refund automatically.
• Recurring hosting: cancel anytime, no proration, access until end of paid period.
• Got a problem with a charge? Email [email protected] first - we'll fix it faster than a chargeback.

For us to ship, we need:

• Repo access (GitHub URL or invite).
• Accurate env vars, credentials, and domain info.
• Replies within a couple of days when we have questions.
• Confirmation that you have the right to authorize the work - your code, your data, your domain.

If we can't reach you for 14 days after purchase, we may pause and refund unstarted work.

On full payment, you own everything we deliver: deployed code, configs, infra-as-code files, schema, runbooks, docs. We keep no rights other than reusing generic, non-confidential techniques on future projects. Tools or scripts we already had stay ours but you get a perpetual license to keep using them in your delivered system.

Best-effort service. The $39/$69 tiers don't come with an uptime SLA - they deliver a one-time outcome. Hosting targets ~99% uptime as a goal, not a guarantee. To the extent law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us for the service in question. We're not on the hook for indirect or consequential damages.

Either party can end the relationship by giving the other 7 days' written notice for any reason. You pay for finished work. We hand over works-in-progress as-is.

These terms are governed by the laws of where RepoAssistant is registered. Disputes start with a good-faith email; if we can't resolve in 60 days, we'll pick a sensible forum together.
